Carl Donald Young

YOUNG, Carl Donald October 18, 1935 – March 26, 2017

Carl passed away peacefully after a brief illness at North Bay Regional Health Centre in his 82nd year. Carl was the loving, devoted husband of Betty and father of his cherished daughters, Penny Ann Lang (Jeff) and Mary Jane Hummel (Greg). He was the loving and proud grandfather of Ashley, Kayla, Brittany, Lindsay, Kelli and Sheena and great-grandfather of Riley, Kaylee, Paige and Jayden. Carl will always be remembered for the special attention he paid to all of his grandchildren. He is survived by his sister Janette Peters (Alvin, deceased) and step-sister Barb Peters (Mervin, deceased); and was predeceased by his sister Bernice Odrowski (Phil, deceased). The Young family will receive visitors at Sacred Heart Church, Trout Creek on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the church on Thursday, March 30 at 11 am. Spring interment will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Trout Creek Sacred Heart Church would be appreciated by the family.
