David Habkirk died peacefully, at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Sunday, September 27, 2015. He was in his 68th year. David was the beloved husband of Elizabeth “Beth” (Chandler) of Powassan. He was the much loved father of David of Powassan, Scott of Petitcodiac, New Brunswick and cherished “Poppa” of Jack.  David will be lovingly remembered by his sister Betty and his brothers Don (Carol) and Ron (Jean). He was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Annie Habkirk, his sisters Helen, Doris and Marion and his brothers Russ and Bill. David will be forever loved and missed by many. Respecting Dave’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation are suggested.
