LAGASSIE, Dennis Spence (Mechanic, Jack Garland Airport)

Unexpectedly, Dennis passed away peacefully, at his Powassan home on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. He was in his 57th year. Dennis was the beloved husband of Joan (Loxton). He was the proud and loving father of Natasha (Nolan) of Corbeil, Joe of Trout Creek, Shawna (Jon) of North Bay and Grampy of Charlie. Dennis was the son of Merle of Callander and the late Archie Lagassie; brother of Richard (Ruth) of Powassan, Mary-Lyn (Mark) of Callander, Wayne (Vicki) of Callander, Deanne (Vaughn) of St. Catharines and Naomi (Rob) of Brantford. The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. The funeral service will take place in the chapel Sunday at 4:00 pm. Cremation to follow at Forest Lawn Crematorium, North Bay. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Junior Diabetes Research Foundation are suggested.
