WEILER, Jeannette Marie (Stone-Beaudry)

After a brief illness, Jeannette Weiler died peacefully at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Thursday, January 4, 2018, with daughter Debbie and son Daniel by her side. She was in her 83rd year.  Jeannette was predeceased by her husband of 61 years Arnold Weiler (1931-2015). She was the beloved Mother of the late Michael (1954-1970), Deborah (Miles) of North Bay and Daniel of Callander; Grandmother of Ashley Lepine and Maigan Cowen (Brad) and great-grandmother of Jade and Ryan Cowen. Survived by her step-brother Marcel Lauzon of Sturgeon  Falls.  Jeannette was also predececeased by her parents Lila (Shultz) and Conrad Beaudry and adoptive parents Talmin and Agnes Stone, her brothers Ernie Stone and Richard and (infant) Armand Beaudry. Jeannette loved to garden, go camping, snowmobiling, ice fishing and in earlier years play broomball. She was a long time member of the Callander Horticultural Society and the Women’s Institute. She will be missed by many family members and friends. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive visitors on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 10 to 11 am at the Paul Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 11 am in the chapel. In the spring of 2018 a graveside service will be held at Callander Union Cemetery.
