Eckensviller, Rita Josephine

On August 4, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Toronto, Ontario in her 92nd year.  Survived by her sister Georgina Eckensviller and her sister-in-law Verda Eckensviller.  Daughter of the late Jacob and Caroline (Weiler) Eckensviller. Predeceased by her brothers, Herman; William (Alma); James (Bertha); Lawrence; Angus; Eugene (Rita) and her sisters Isabella (Robert) Hummel; Henrietta (William) O’Shaughnessy; Bernetta (Ralph) Mercier; Louise (Ash) Fawcett; and Alma (Romeo) Mercier.  Visitation from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan, on Thursday, August 10, 2017.  Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, Trout Creek, at 11:00 am on Friday, August 11, 2017.  Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
