Donna Kathryn (Paul) Streit

Donna Streit (nee Paul) of Thornhill passed away on March 13, 2024 at the age of 89. Loved mother of Julie (Jeff White) and loving grandmother of Spencer and Zackery White. She will be fondly remembered by her family and friends.

Donna was predeceased by her parents Enid (nee Froud) and Herman Paul; her brother Max Paul (and Evelyn), her sister Gwen Jamieson (and Jim), her sister Marilyn and her beloved Bill Streit.

Donna worked as an X-ray technician and later became a substance abuse counselor. She was proud to support Junior Tennis and Golf. Donna was also a staunch advocate of AA and the crisis hotline.

At Donna’s request, cremation has taken place and her remains will be buried at Stouffville Cemetery in the spring.

Donna’s family would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire Spencer House LTC staff for their support of Donna, especially during her palliative journey. It was much appreciated.
