Laura Brookes Death Notice

Peacefully, at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday, February 26, 2024. She was 84 years old. Laura (Thompson) was predeceased by her husband Glenn H. Brookes (1935-2022) and her daughter Sheila Keays (Ernie, surviving). She was the much-loved mother of Cheryl and Glenn R. Brookes of Trout Creek, and will be lovingly remembered by six grandchildren: Denise, Ben, Tyler, Matthew, Jeremy and Brayden. Laura was the dear sister of Judy Tremblay and Richard and Rita Thompson. A long-time resident of Trout Creek, Laura worked at the former Lady Isabelle Nursing Home. Cremation has taken place.
