VANDENBERG, Beverly Margaret

Surrounded by her daughters at home, Bev died peacefully on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. She was in her 76th year. Bev (Grosvenor) was predeceased by her husband John VanDenBerg (1937-2000). She was the beloved mother of Diane Porter, Lorraine Newton (Guy) and Linda Valiquette (Denis) and grandmother of Krista, John, Jennifer, Lindsay, Jordan, Brandon and Christopher. Bev was the dear sister of Betty Overholster, Barbara Penton, Robert Grosvenor and Carol Matteson. Bev and John were formerly owner/operators of Glen Echo and Greening Bay Cottages on Lake Nipissing. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 10:30 to 11:00 am., with a funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Nipissing Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Nipissing Serenity Hospice (cheques only) are suggested.
