Hilda Grace (Yerkie) Davis

DAVIS, Hilda Grace (née Yerkie) 1924-2019

Hilda passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2019, at Eastholme, Powassan at the age of 95. Hilda was predeceased by her husband Dalton Charles Davis (1923-2014). She was the cherished mother of Larry (Diane) and Owen (Lorna) of Port Loring and Kent (Terri) of North Bay. She was the much-loved granny to Steve and Scott (deceased 2007), Jassmen and Karly; Adored great-granny to Kayla, Joey, Danny and Casey and great-great-granny to Keenan, Jessica, Karson and Kentin. Hilda is survived by her brother Lloyd Yerkie of Michigan and dear sisters-in-law Betty Yerkie, Ivy Odorizzi (Bill) and Dorothy Davis. She was predeceased by her siblings Pearl, Gladys and Clarence Yerkie. At Hilda’s request, no visitation or funeral will take place. A special thanks to the staffs of the former Lady Isabelle Nursing Home and Eastholme for the wonderful care Hilda received filled with compassion and very “special” skilled care!
