VAN ERP, Marion Joyce (nee Smith)

Marion died unexpectedly but peacefully at North Bay Regional Hospital on Monday, May 22, 2017. She was in her 70th year. Marion was the beloved wife of John of Golden Valley and the loving mother of Matthew (Jade) of Edmonton. She was the proud grandmother of Jayden and Taryn. Marion was predeceased by her sister Barbara Cook and brother Glen Smith. She was the dear sister-in-law of Albert Cook, Bonnie Smith, Catherine Kostuik and Ted (Marguerite) Van Erp. The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 1 - 2 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 pm Friday. Cremation to follow at Forest Lawn Crematorium, North Bay. If desired, donations in Marion’s memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation are suggested (cheques only please).
