Passed away peacefully at Trillium Manor on Monday, February 10, 2020 in his 99th year. Bert was the beloved husband of the late Gwendolyn A. (Robb) (1925-2012). He was the loving father of the late John, Jarvis (Mabel) of Trout Creek, Denise (Allan Caskenette) of Duncan, BC, Ian (Anne) of Renfrew, Jennie-Mae (Dirk Hoesterey) of Severn Bridge, and “AJ” Albert of Trout Creek. He was the proud grandfather of Candice, Chris, Salena, Kaitlyn and Michelle and great-grandchildren Tianna, Connor, Cole, Aiden, Davin and Danica. Bert was predeceased by his sister Ruby Whitehead. The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan, on Friday, February 14, 2020 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, February 15 at 11:00 am.
