MATHESON, Bruce Robert (Formerly of Chilliwack, British Columbia)

Bruce Matheson died peacefully at Eastholme, Powassan, on Monday, August 28, 2023. He was 82 years old. Bruce was the beloved husband of Dorothy (Sandison) of North Bay. He is survived by his sons Peter and Ross Matheson. Bruce will be fondly remembered by his stepson Glenn Sim (Ali) of North Bay and step-grandson Andrew Sim of Teeterville. He was predeceased by his sister Maureen “Moe” Handley. Bruce was retired from a career in sales, both in the marine and automobile markets. Cremation has taken place. No services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations to the North Bay Food Bank in memory of Bruce are suggested.
