It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Byron Jason Evers, who left us far too soon at the age of 51 (September 13, 1974–January 6, 2026). Byron is predeceased by his cherished mother, Linda Dorothy (Burton) Evers (1945-2020), and is survived by his loving father, George (Byron) Evers.
Byron's absence will be deeply felt by his numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and the many friends whose lives he touched with his kindness, warmth, and loyalty. He was known for his special love and respect for the female figures in his life, especially his loving mother and caring, doting grandmothers, Dorothy Burton and Millie Evers.
Byron had a diverse appreciation of music and a passion and skill for creating and building things with his hands. He shared a love with his father for NASCAR racing, fishing, and the outdoors.
Cremation has taken place. Byron’s family will celebrate his life privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Northern Pines Shelter, Nipissing Serenity Hospice, or the Trout Creek Lions Club would be greatly appreciated.
