Darlene (Rausch) died peacefully after a short illness surrounded by family, at North Bay Regional Health Centre, on Saturday, November 9, 2019. She was in her 61st year. She was the beloved wife of William Lawrence "Bill" Cole of Commanda and the loving mother of Mary Ann Garner (Michael) of Cookstown, Emily Cole (JJ Broker) of Burks Falls, April Lynn Bertrand (Moe) of Commanda and Bobby-Joe Cole (Steven Simon) of Opasatika, ON. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Daniellia, Veronica, Jordan and Branch. Darlene was predeceased by her parents Annette “Nettie” Rausch (Yerkie) and Burleigh Gorham and her brother George Rausch. She was the dear sister of Orville Rausch (Cindy) of Golden Valley, Linda Rausch (the late Jim McKracken) of Commanda and Bob Rausch (the late Kimberly) of Staynor. A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
