GORHAM, Gilbert Andrew “Bert”

Bert Gorham died peacefully, his sons by his side, at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. He was 95 years old. Bert was predeceased by his wife Erva (Clapperton) (1928-2003) and his grandson Shawn Gorham. He was the much-loved father of Douglas (Bonnie) and Terry, all of Loring. He will be lovingly remembered by granddaughter Dianne Gorham and great-grandchildren Derrick and Korina. Bert was predeceased by his siblings Ban Gorham, Ella Peever, Myrtle Brooks and Burleigh Gorham. Bert was self-employed his entire life. He worked road construction, was a farmer and logger, and finally a grocer, when he and Erva opened Loring General Store. Cremation has taken place. No services will be held.
