Harold Joseph Conrad

On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, Harold Joseph Conrad, in his 95th year, left this world to join the many angels waiting for him in heaven.  For over 70 years, he was the most important man to the love of his life, Shirley (Campbell). He was the proud father of Allen (Lisa), Judy Kohne (Crae), Dorothy Edwards (Paul), Linda Busch (Brian), and Kate Wintermute (Dave), and a second father to Joan (Ed) VanMierlo who joined the family when she was 10.  His 10 grandchildren, Kimberly (Brad) and Jeffery (Shelby) Conrad, Crae (Monica), Shane and Becky (predeceased) Kohne, Michael (Crystal), Kyle (Mallory) and Cody (Miranda) Busch, and Keanan (Faith) and Kali (Nick) Wintermute, all have fond memories of their Grandpa.  His seven great-grandchildren, Max, Raya, Ryker, Emerik, Violet, Cohen, Braylon, and Owen were also getting to know Great-Grandpa’s way of showing his love.

He was a special brother-in-law to June Campbell.

Harold was predeceased by his parents, Herbert and Bertha (Young), his siblings, Wilbert, Gerald (Julie), Dorothy (Leo) Nadrofsky, and Elmer (Ruby), and his sister-in-law Teddy (Bob) Privett.

Visitation will take place at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Monday, May 20, 2024 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, May 21 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Trout Creek.
