Hermann Stroeher

Hermann died unexpectedly at his lakefront home in Loring on Sunday, October 27, 2024. He was 86 years old.

Hermann was predeceased by his wife Lise (Lunam) (1943-2013). He was the much-loved father of Jeannette Roberts (Eric Smith) of Golden Valley. Opa will be forever loved by his grandsons Daniel (Lena) of South River and Jordan (Mackenzie) of Toronto. Hermann was the dear brother of Heinz Ströher (Christine) predeceased by his sister in law Annie, and Helga (Herbert) Holzer of Austria, and brother-in-law of Lawerence (Judy) Lunam, Micheal (Therese) Lunam and Raymond (Dorothy) Lunam, all of Ontario. Sparky will be dearly remembered by his long-time companion Carolynne Walton-Coté of North Bay. He will be fondly remembered by his former son-in-law Arley Roberts, his nieces and nephews in Canada and in Austria, and his neighbours and good friends in the Argyle area, all over Ontario, the United States and Europe.
