Jeffrey Topps died peacefully, at Nipissing Serenity Hospice, North Bay, on Sunday, September 27, 2020. He was 56 years old. Jeffrey was the beloved son of Letitia “Letty” (Delahunt) and the late Alvin Topps. He was the dear brother of Delwood (Isabel) of Powassan and Dana (Mike Odrowski) of Trout Creek and will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and extended family. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Saturday, October 3, 2020 with a time of  gathering from 10:00 to 11:00 am and service at 11:00 am. COVID-19 restrictions are in effect. Masks are required and two metres physical distancing must be maintained.
