Linda Irene (McMurray) Wright

Surrounded by the love of family and comforting prayer of Pastor Dave Johnston, Linda died peacefully, at North Bay Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. She was 72 years old. Linda was the beloved wife of Ralph Wright of Trout Creek; mother of Wayne Daigel and Erin Gallant; stepmother of Rick, Kathy and Danny (Trena) Wright; and grandmother of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Linda will also be lovingly remembered by her “adopted family”, the Barfoots: Art, Shirley, Lauri, Lana, Sherry, the late John, and their families.

Linda was a dedicated and active volunteer around the Powassan area; most notably at Eastholme where she steadfastly assisted during the trials of COVID and the many lockdowns.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Linda’s life will be announced.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Eastholme Residents Fund or the Powassan Food Bank, would be appreciated.
