FIELDING, Michael Stephen

Stephen died in North Bay on Friday, March 17, 2023 after long battle with cancer, with his loving wife Susan by his side. He was 66 years old. He will be sadly missed by his wife Susan Fielding (nee. Huard), his daughter Amy Fielding, and his brother Wayne Fielding. He was predeceased by his step-daughter Amy Huard.

Stephen was a professor at Durham College (Technical). He was known by his students for his compassion and support for their success. Stephen will be fondly remembered by many of his peers at the College, and by his music band members, that were saddened by his illness and death.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations in memory of Stephen to Paul Funeral Home for their services and compassion.
