DESJARDINS, Marlene Jean

Peacefully, at Eastholme, Powassan, on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. She was 85 years old. Marlene (Erickson) was the beloved wife of Roger Desjardins of Nipissing. She was the much loved mother of Ed Desjardins (Alejandra) of St. Lazare, QC, Bernie Desjardins of North Bay, Daniel Desjardins (Rina) of Etobicoke and Chantal Babensee (the late Steve) of North Vancouver. She will be lovingly remembered by 16 grandchildren and six great-granchildren. Marlene was the predeceased by her parents Alice “Ma” (Wardrop) and Clarence “Ole” Erickson, and by her brother Ed Erickson. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Marlene’s life will be announced at a later date.
