It is with immense sadness that the family of Monique Goudreault announces her sudden passing on Saturday, June 29th, 2024 at the age of 59.
Monique was the cherished mother of Diana Young (Max) of North Bay, and the much-loved grandmother of her three beautiful granddaughters Payton, Khloe and Katrine. She will be deeply missed by her sisters Carol Pascoe and Nicol Goudreault.
She was predeceased by her parents Rita (Lobb) and Fern Goudreault, her brother Marcel, and sisters Diane and Rachel.
Monique was a longtime waitress at The Wagon Wheel Restaurant in Powassan and Tek’s Seafood Restaurant in North Bay. Anyone who knew Monique from these two restaurants will remember her humour, hospitality and beautiful smile. She was a familiar face that everyone knew and loved.
She will be remembered for her infectious laughter, her sense of adventure, and her love of family. Monique will be missed by all those whose hearts she touched.
