Paul died unexpectedly, but peacefully, in his dream retirement home in Restoule on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 in his 76th year. Paul was the loving husband of 52 years of Gail Elizabeth (McLean) and dear father of Paula, Heather (Jeff), Phil (Amy), and Judi (Kevin). He was the proud grandfather of Mackenzie, Zackary, Avery, Jack, Violet, and Katie. Paul retired from de Havilland Aircraft Co. after 36 years of service. He loved hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He will be missed by his many friends and family. The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Friday, March 16, 2018 from 5 to 7 pm, and on Saturday, March 17 from 1 to 2 pm. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2 pm. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations are suggested to the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (cheques only please).
