LAFLEUR, Sadie Joy (formerly of Powassan)
Joy died peacefully at North Bay Regional Health Centre, on Friday, July 14, 2023. She was 81 years old. Joy (Fetterly) was the beloved wife of Russell Lafleur of North Bay. She was the much-loved mother of Ritchie Lafleur of Durham, North Carolina. Joy was the dear sister of Ruth Jones and Wayne Fetterly, and was predeceased by her siblings Harry, Grace, Margaret, Ruby, Betty, Howard and Ron. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at the Nipissing Cemetery. The family suggests the charity of your choice if you wish to make a donation in memory of Joy.
