Steve Grasser died peacefully, at North Bay Regional Health Centre on December 26, 2023. He was 76 years old. Steve was the much-loved father of Bradley Grasser (Melissa) of Powassan and Nadine Grasser (Peter Orton) of Corbeil. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Keaton, Chase, Tyson and Marissa. Steve was the dear brother of Shirley Yerkie (the late Ron) of Powassan, Betty Young (the late Carl) of North Bay and Jim Grasser (Sue) of Callander. He was predeceased by parents Emma (Oshell) and Frank Grasser, and by his brothers Ron Grasser (Erva of Trout Creek) and Ken Grasser (the late Kathy).
Steve was retired from a 30-year career as a welder with Ron’s Welding/Metal Fab.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Trout Creek on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 12:00 noon.
