Passed away on July 4, 2022 at the age of 83. Loving husband of Anna (Damaina). Beloved father of Marc Chayer, Marcel Chayer and Francis (Cheryl) Chayer. Also remembered by Susan Putt, Cindy Putt, Cheryl Putt, Ronald (Patricia) Putt. Predeceased by Kimberly Putt (2005). Loving grandpa of 5 grandchildren and one great grandson. Dear brother of Pauline, Georgette, Lucielle, Manny, Lorette, and the late William, Lucien, Laurent and Joseph. The family will receive visitors on July 15, 2022 from 6-8 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home, and on July 16 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at St. Joseph's Church, Powassan. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on July 16, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Powassan. Interment to follow at St Louis de France Cemetery, Chisholm Township. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation.
