It is with heavy hearts the family of Warren Arthur Young announce his unexpected passing on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the age of 59. Warren was predeceased by his parents Belva (Guse) and Bill Young and his niece Amy Penfold. He was the much-loved brother of Cathie Penfold (Dave) of Thunder Bay, Bill Young (Cathy) of Powassan, and Lisa Rhodes of Burk’s Falls. He was the dear uncle of Emily Penfold, Natalie Young and Jake Rhodes (Emily) and great-uncle of Mya, Ella, Colter and Daniel. Warren is also survived by his uncle Robert Guse (Donna). Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Warren’s life will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 1:00 to 4:00 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 453, Powassan. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 453, Powassan or the charity of your choice is suggested.
