William Paul "Bill" Gendron

Bill died peacefully, with his family by his side, on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Nipissing Serenity Hospice, North Bay. He was 73 years old.  

Bill was the beloved husband of Debra (Storie) of Powassan. He was the much-loved father of Sarah Gendron and grandfather of Dezarae and Aydin Beharie. Bill was “like-a-father” to Samira Rose. He was the dear brother of Michael Gendron. Bill was predeceased by his parents Mary (Varley) and Gerald Gendron and by his siblings Carol, Maureen, Rita and Ted Gendron and Estelle Moreal. Bill will be lovingly remembered by many in-laws, extended family and friends.

Born and raised in Toronto, Bill was retired from a long career as a driver with Purolator. He was a dedicated family man and avid sports fan.

Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be announced when his ashes will be buried at Powassan Union Cemetery in Spring 2025.
